Hi There Presently In India And Been Quite Sick With

Hi there presently in India and been quite sick with dia reah
I'm in hotel room alone and saw dr in room...
Prescribed bifocals...patosec...nflox.tz
3 days of dia reah and nausea...
Then I started lomotil.....
This morning I've just eaten a little but still nauseated ..started pills again...
But wondering if I take lomotil or wait till bowl action???
