Hi There, Recently My Right Ear Has Been Dropping Out

Hi there, recently my right ear has been dropping out completely then ringing for about a minute then it slowly goes back to hearing again! is this serious?? is there anything I can do to fix it? Its not like having liquid in the ear!! I have experienced that before, but this is scary!!
