Hi There , So I Puched A Wall About 2

Hi there , so I puched a wall about 2 weeks ago. When I got home it had swellen up like a water balloon but went away as the days past. Now I have a small lump on my wrist that sorta feels like bone , and my nerves are right on top of it. Could you tell me if this injury is very serious or not that bad ?
