What Could A 10-week Follow-up Ultrasound For Fertility Testing Indicate?

Hi there so Im having fertility testing done and have had a ultrasound scan however during the appointment she said there was no cause for concern. I have received a letter today though for another ultrasound scan and rang up the radiology team and got told it’s a follow up scan but what are 10 week follow up scans for like what could they have found because I worry a lot and start thinking the worst
