Hi there, thanks for taking my inquiry. I've had a pain for the last two months, since I had a very bad chest cold that goes from my under my heart to a very specific point in my back behind my heart. I have had a recent chest xray that had no result and I do have frequent diagnosed esophageal reflux that I manage with diet, tums . I sometimes don't feel it but mostly do. Burping helps. But I do lots of exercise and it may be a chest muscle strain or from a hard massage? I've also had PMR 4 years ago that I recovered well from with steriods-over the period of a year. I'm now using a heating pad and taking 1 Advil every 6 hours or so-just started this past 24 hours. Thanks for your advice!
