Hi There.I Just Recently Had Two Root Canals On My

Hi there.I just recently had two root canals on my bottom right.28,29.It was so severe that it cause a huge knot on my jaw line.I'm taking a zpak for infecrion and tylenol 3 for pain.My dentist has told me that the knot has to work it's way out of the gums to dissolve.Is this true???
