Hi there............this started after I returned to Palm Desert (extremely dry and it's been windy)
after being in Florida (very humid) for a week on vacation.
I have a slight headache in my sinus area...........
My sinus' feel dry.........there is very little mucus and I've been doing
a mild saline netty pot rinse once a day. Also taking Claritin once a day.
I'm also experiencing a mild crackling sound in the sinus'.
I don't feel ill and I don't have a temperature.
Any further suggestions? I will be leaving the Desert
soon to head to the Seattle area. I hope that alone will heal this.
