Hi This Happened To Me About 10 Years Ago When

Hi this happened to me about 10 years ago when I was 12 or 13 but recently started worrying about it. I was trying to poop and was pushing hard to try and get it out, really hard. All of a sudden I felt and heard a pop inside my head. Granted it's been 10 years but is there any chance I damaged something in my brain back then?
