I am five months pregnant & having fever & body ache since yesterday afternoon....according to my gynecologist I tried ATM 250 tab & it didn't work. Then I took calpol 650- 2 doses at the interval of 6 and half hours but still my fever in not reducing. Now may I try dolo 650 to reduce my fever.
