Hi This Is A Bit Embarressing I Was Told I

Hi this is a bit embarressing I was told I have a bicornuate uterus and septum then became pregnant and during the birth as I had a natural delivery the doctor had to cut the septum so that my daughter could come out, now as a result I have a piece of flesh hanging down can anything be done about this?
