Hi, This Is A Question Concerning My Mom. She Had

Hi, this is a question concerning my mom. She had triple bypass 2 years ago and is also a type II diabetic. Lately she has been feeling really dizzy, she cant walk, heavy pressure on her shoulders and headache pain on the back of head and neck area.
she has been having these symptoms for quite some time now. Her blood sugars are ok below 120. what do you think she can do?
