Endometrial thickness is 8mm. Tiny cystic spaces in the endeometrium. There is a fluid pocket in tjehe endometrial cavity such is presumed a gestational sack, with average diameter 7m, which us equivalent of 5 weeks 3 days. A yolk sac appears present. No feral pole detected at this stage
The right ovary measured 4ml volume. In the right adnexa is a cystic non specific area measuring 15 x 10 x 6mm. The left ovary measured 11mm, including left corpus luteal cyst or collapsed follicle.
Mild / moderate free fluid is present.

abnormal area in the mtometrium which is indeterminate, uncertain if this is inflammatory or infiltration. There is an apperance consistent with a gestational sac, but no fetal pole detected at this stage, most likely relates to thevearly stage of gestation. A review ultrasound would be required to see if this is viable. The cystic spaces in the endometrium are noted and recommend correlation with beta hCG level to exclude gestational trophoblastic disease..
