Hi, This Is My 2nd Month Of Pregnancy But I

Hi, this is my 2nd month of pregnancy but i got bleeding so dr Suggested me All 9 tablet & to other tablet & asked me to take bed rest.... I was in complete bed rest for 15days n i didn't have heavy bleeding also but now scan report says that i m not pregnant... I m wondering how is its possible... I m confusion now whether i m pregnant or not...? Pls tell Me i m very tensed for that...
