Hi, This Is Quite Embarrassing By That I Mean Extremely

Hi, this is quite embarrassing by that I mean extremely embarrassing but I need help before I get actual physical help. I have had a ticklish feeling around my bottom,in my bottom and its bothered me yes but I didn't think much of it. My mother has spoken of worms ect to ensure as we were kids to always make sure to wipe well, anyways recently this past week I have had that feeling annoy me more than usual and I looked into it searching the web and came across worms ect and had said to check with a flashlight to see anything. I checked using the camera of a laptop and a light and saw white dots not a lot that I know of maybe 10 but I'm pretty afraid of what it is, maybe I answered my own question but professional advise would be much more appreciated.
