Hi, This Is Really Embarrassing But I Woke Up This

Hi, this is really embarrassing but I woke up this morning with some sort of lump cist or zit really close to my vaginal hole and anus. Its extremely painful no matter what I wear clothes wise. I've tried squeezing it but its REALLY painful. How do I get rid of it? Just now I found another lump in between the crease of my thigh and vagina. On the other side of my vagina it feels almost like a limph node. By the way I am 15 years old and just finished my period. Help!
