Hi, This Is Regarding My Fiancé. He Has Been Struggling

Hi, this is regarding my fiancé. he has been struggling for years, he has Tourette's, ADHD, OCD, depression, and anxiety. He also comes off as very self absorbed he can never recognize when he has done something wrong, never feels the need to apologize and rarely feels guilty. he hyper focuses on certain activities for months at a time and it will be all he talks about and all consuming then he will just drop it. I am watching him get worse currently and the only thing he is being treated for is anxiety but I think all of these conditions might be related to something bigger.
