Hi This Is Regarding My Mom Who Is 97. She

Hi this is regarding my mom who is 97. She has excessive phlegm, especially after eating. We just got a suction machine which provides some relief but it seems to be getting worse. When I call her I can hardly understand what she is saying. My sister lives with her. I know she is suppose to drink lots of fluids. Lately she has also had trouble with her neck from looking down too much? My sister has tried different foods. My mom worries about everything.
