Hi, This Is The Second Time This Month That I

Hi, this is the second time this month that I have experienced this. While I was drinking I automatically started extremely choking on my drink. I stood up and put my hands up for relief. Next thing I know my wife was pulling me over off of my back because I was still choking. I had blacked out again and had fell to the floor hard. The same thing happened to me 3 weeks ago, I'm now concerned because I keep blacking out and falling with no control while still choking.
