Hi This Is Very Odd But Hopefully I Can Get

Hi this is very odd but hopefully I can get some sort of help. I have a dent in my leg from a hiking injury about 5 or 4 years ago. I've been so self conscious about it and I want to get surgery done to fix it but I just have a thought in my mind that it won't be able to be fixed. Description: the muscle or tissues if you must was scraped down to my ankle in a way so now there is a dent or curve inward and the tissue or muscle is pushed down near my ankle. Do you think it's worth examining or even hoping that it could be fixed? What would they fill the dent with? Please help.
