Hi, This Month My Periods Was Due On 10th Of

Hi, this month my periods was due on 10th of sept, but on 5th I started to have a light brown discharge. I met a doc as i wanted to postpone my periods due to a travel scheduled. Doc suggested Meprate 10mg for 6days twice a day. Post which i got my periods on 11th which lasted like normal periods for 5 days. Its been 10days i got over with periods and suddenly since yesterday i again have dark brown discharge with slight period like cramp. There is no foul smell, just the dark brown discharge. Kindly let me know if this is normal or is there something to worry about.
