Hi, This Morning I Threw Up At Exactly 7:00 A.m.

Hi, this morning I threw up at exactly 7:00 a.m. but when I woke up and noticed that I needed to throw up I kept thinking about steak and it made me really nauseous and caused me to throw up. Does that mean I may be pregnant. I don't have money to get a pregnancy test and I don't have a car to get an appointment today. Please help.
