Hi, This Morning I Woke Up And Stretched My Neck,

Hi, this morning I woke up and stretched my neck, but after doing that I immediatetly felt pain on the left side of the back of my neck. I can't move my neck in that direction anymore and can't really move my neck in general without experiencing some moderate to severe pain.
