Hi, This Morning As I Dropped A Capful Of Dettol

Hi, this morning as I dropped a capful of dettol into my bath water, some of it splashed back into my left eye. I immediately held my eye open in a bowl of water & got some relief. I also put 2 drops of Visine eye drops.
But since then it feels like I have a tiny stone in my eye, it's reddish & I have a yellowish discharge.
What should I do?
