Hi, This Morning I Woke Up And I Felt A

Hi, this morning i woke up and i felt a bump in the middle of my bum cheeks towards the top of my back. I was unsure whether this lump was just from a bone or was a lump. I have not been in any pain and it seems to have just appeared. I am passing urine normally. I am really worried, could you please help me, thank you
