Hi This My Second Mirena Coil Fitted In Feb This

Hi this my second mirena coil fitted in feb this year. I have never had a period with them or any problems. However today I'm bleeding bright red blood. No pain though and I the strings can still be felt. My breast feel unusually swollen too. Is this just a built up period and nothing to worry about or is it pregnancy?
