Hi This Past Week I Tried A New Face Line

Hi this past week I tried a new face line and within three uses, I stopped using it completely. I then began to try to rejuvenate my skin because the new product left it extremely dry. I thought it was getting better after using petroleum jelly on my face to look moisture last night. Today I wore now makeup until later for an event at night. When I got home I began to feel bumps on my face (my left cheek) I took of my makeup and there are red bumps everywhere. What do I do!
