Hi, This Time Last Year I Had Pnumonia Acute, Since

Hi, this time last year i had pnumonia acute, since then ive had a bad chest twice, i think its bronchius. I had a bad chest three weeks ago the tightness and wheezing has gone know i just have a constant cough which brings up rubbish. Yesturday afternoon i had a pain in my left shoulder at the back its severe and doesnt go is this all connected?

I havent been diagnosed with broncitis.
