Hi, Three Months Ago, My Niece Had Completed Her Anti-rabies

Hi, three months ago, my niece had completed her anti-rabies shots since she was bitten by our dog pet, yet today as she was sleeping our new puppy barged in her room and managed to lick her face and lips.the puppy has not yet been vaccinated with anti rabies shots. Do my niece still need to undergo another set of anti rabies shots for prevention?Please enlighten me with the correct details and facts and what should we do about this. Thanks.
