Hi Today I Experienced A Dizzy Spell When I Got

Hi today I experienced a dizzy spell when I got up off the toilet. I knew where I was and never felt like I would fall down I had more of a swaying sensation. I felt like is was in control of the left side of my body but couldn't move anything and had no control for right side expect for my hand gripping the top of the toilet. My right arm (the one which was outstretched and holding the toilet) was shacking but I couldn't tell if it was violently or not. I used to have dizzy spells about 4 years ago but hadn't had one since then that's why I am concerned

Should I be concerned or is this normal? I feel slightly light headed at the moment but it could be shock.
