Hi, Today I Noticed A Small Seed Like Object On

Hi, today I noticed a small seed like object on the upper shaft of my penis skin. It was black in color and I could feel the head of it as it was 95% inside the skin and 5% outside. I feel no discomfort or pain, I tried pulling it but then I felt slight pain so I stopped.
