Hi, Today I Was At Work And I Was Just

Hi, today I was at work and I was just standing around my boss told me to and suddenly I felt a heat sensation in my chest, and then my head started to hurt, then for a little bit my vision got really blurry. After that I was having difficulty breathing and that's when I started panicking, I thought I was going to pass out. I bent over to sit down but I jerked back to stand up and everything was okay again. I'm wondering happened to me and should I go see a doctor?
