Hi Today At My Work I Leaned Against A Table

Hi today at my work I leaned against a table & it broke & I was on the floor along with the part of the table on my buttocks & I hit back of head in that process to the part of the Table in the air . Applied ice pack after about 20 min of the incident . I felt bump behind my head & sore in tail bone . Continued work as I am physical therapist but did no lifting . So far no symptoms except soreness but feel little wiered in right leg & left arm not sure if I feel numb , tingly or just psychological .
