Hi Today Is My First Day Of Bleeding .. I

Hi today is my first day of bleeding .. I have adenomyosis and have excessive pain and bleeding.. I am travelling tommorow and its my second day when should i start taking pause mf what should be the dosage? Will it help reduce my pain and bleeding and will there be any side effects if i take it.. Please advise
