Hi, Today Is My Period Due Date But Suffering From

Hi, today is my period due date but suffering from dry chapped lips, lower abdominal pain (like a needle) and smtime cramping since 2/3 days.
Also feeling weakness and bit headache in intervals.
Testd almost 5 times and evrytym a faint T line on HPT! I WAS waiting fo today to get my period missd!
Shud I Appproach gynaec or wait fo a week o so!
