Hi, Today It's 27th Day Of My Period And On

Hi, today it's 27th day of my period and on the 12th day mu folicule was 18mm(I donot use any medicine or etc). Normally I have my my mens 27 days in a row.However I have pms and before my mens starts, for 3to 4 days pink-brownish sportting occurs, my breasts swolles. Because I am 32 and my amh is 1.3. (It's low according to my age) But this time no signs for mens and home made pregnancy test was negative. Should I wait for the blood test?
