Hi, tonight I have had a twitching upper lip, about half an hour later my tongue and a bit of my palet also started tingling with a bit of numbness, I'm scared it could be a stroke or worse, I took half a cardio care disprin because that all I have this late @ night. Today I was under immense stress with some physical activity where I injured my arm a bit, what could it be?
