Hi Tonight After Masturbation I Realized My Left Testicle Hangs

Hi tonight after masturbation I realized my left testicle hangs horizental and my right one stands vertical. It wasn't like this before and since I read about these things a lot I had seen pictures of testicular torsion and mine wasn't like that.
I scared and couldn't sleep but didn't have pain. It looks weird now. Does it increase risk of torsion? What should I do?
