Hi Two Weeks Back I Had Pain In Tonsils, Cough

Hi two weeks back I had pain in tonsils, cough and minor temp (99) for a day.Then it subsided.yesterday I got chills ,burning eyes,headache,cough and joint pain.That was followed by fever (102).I took crocin and the fever came dome after 4-5 hours with sweating also when the fever spike I felt shortness of breath with cough.Today the temp is low but body ache and numbness in hands are still there with cough.I took saline gargle and cough syrup.
