Hi Was Dx With Chlamydia On Thurs. Received Treatment,4 Pills

Hi was dx with chlamydia on Thurs. received treatment,4 pills and shot, I am experiencing pelvis pressure from area testicles,base of pelvis into thighs,pressure into rectum. I was seen emergency rm yesterday and had normal ultrasound testicles,normal pelvic cat scan w contrast. I am now on oral antibiotics(ciproflaxin) and antiinflammatory. I am concerned that this discomfort is still like this. Is this normal?
