Hi Was In A Car Accident 2days Ago Airbags Deployed

Hi was in a car accident 2days ago airbags deployed and my left breast has a knot, black, blue and deep maroon bruise with a black line going thru it also under my left arm is very swollen. I'm super concerned because I have history of Breast cancer in my family two of my mom's sisters ...should I be worried about this happening to me
