Hi Was In A Wreck On Saturday. I Felt Fine

Hi was in a wreck on Saturday. I felt fine that day but Sunday I got a dull headache that don't want to go away. Now my gland on one side of my neck is swollen and sensitive to touch. I didn't seek any medical attention at the time but now I feel I should have. Shoulders are also a little stiff. Should I still seek medical attention?
