Hi Was Stung By A Wasp On The Inside Of

Hi was stung by a wasp on the inside of my leg 3 days ago, been stung before but no after effects. Site of sting was itchy for 2 days but no signs now. Today I have muscle aches all over, tired and chills. Any ideas whether its an allergic reaction or just coincidence?
