Hi Was Wanting To Know What Is Dark Green Around

Hi was wanting to know what is dark green around the teeth with extreme pain I havnt been to softer in ten years and in a lot of pain.also when at work I bend over to lift if it is least bit heavy my back won't let me pick it up or sitting something down it's like it locks up hurts all the time I don't have healthcare can't afford it please tell me something I can do.
