Hi Was Wondering Cause My Rectom Sticks Out A Lot

Hi was wondering cause my rectom sticks out a lot like its swollen & I see bright red blood when I wipe sometimes a little bit & sometimes a lot & my stomach hurts all the time & I'm constantly exhausted like no other,for no reason at all & food doesn't seem appetizing anymore I barley eat please what should I do & what do you think could be wrong??
