Hi We Got Our Daughters Ears Pierced About Three Months

Hi we got our daughters ears pierced about three months ago. She was about 7 1/2 months at the time. We noticed a few days ago that her left piercing was bleeding. I took her earring out and cleaned it really good with the solution we got when she got them pierced. As I was cleaning it I noticed there is a blood blister on the back of her ear lobe between her piercing and where the lobe attaches to her head. I put the earring back in. Cleaned it a few times to be sure its not getting infected. Today I cleaned it and the earring wouldn't go back in. Looks like the blister has gotten a bit bigger which is making me worried!! Should I be concerned??
