Hi, We Just Moved And I Was Wearing Thongs Instead

Hi, we just moved and I was wearing thongs instead of shoes and did a tremendous amount of walking back and forth carrying very heavy boxes. A month later, my feet still hurt so bad I have to shuffle along slowly. It gets a little better during the day. I took 3 Advil a couple of days ago and the pain went away but it is back again. I am 57 and a little overweight
