Hi Well I Had Done Twice Endoscopy And The First

Hi well i had done twice endoscopy and the first endoscopy result was antral gastritis and i ate a medicine and it was ok after dat ...and after that i started drinking whisky and again my stomauch and chest and other parts started being discomfort and i went to same gaestrologist and 2nd endoscopy again results antral gastritis..and it was ok...and again i started drinking and smoking and now it has been like a 8 months chest pain and feels heavy and heart discomfort neck&jaw discomfort and burping badly..and rite now i am abroad and went to see a dr.. and they test me some blood test..ecg and chest xray every thing was fine ..h.pylori is neagtive..thoe dr.said its ok..and gave prescribed me Losec omeparazole 40 mg for 1 month before dinner and Gaviscon..after meal..an i have quit everything like spicy dish ..smoking,alcohol..still my heart,chest,neck&jaw is feeling discomfort..plis advice me what are the best medicines for these..and the best workout..hoping to see your beautiful advice
