Hi went to the doctor 4 days ago with the feeling of dizziness and when ever I stand and lay down. He diagnosed me with a vestibular disorders and ive been on medication for 4 days. The dizzy spells have seem to go away however I now have what I think is a swollen carotid artery in the left neck and it is painful
