Hi What Are The Symptoms If You Tear Or Break

Hi what are the symptoms if you tear or break your internal c section sutures or stiches? Is there immediate pain associated with this? I think I moved around in the bed wrong and felt a pop but no associated pain with it. I am so worried that I am going to break them apart but I can't really find any information on the Internet about symptoms to indicate that you may have.
