Hi, What Does It Mean When You Had A Ulta

Hi, what does it mean when you had a ulta sound intravaginally and the results come back that you have fluid along the endocervical canal? I havent had a period in two months but before then i havent had a period in years.. I'm only 29 .. should i be worried ???
